Susannah Fox was a keynote speaker at the 2012 Connected Health Symposium & Expo in Boston, MA, the theme of which was “Innovations to Build Value, Accountable Care and Patient Engagement.”

In her speech, “The ‘e’ is for Engagement: the latest research on the e-patient revolution,” she shared a decade’s worth of insights about how Americans use the internet to gather, share, and create health information as well as new data from a survey that was fielded in August-September 2012.
