Lee shares the latest research of the Pew Research Center’s Internet & American Life Project and the predictions of experts about the impact of internet and mobile connectivity. He also covers the Project’s findings about citizen content creation and how these new behaviors could shape the way libraries think about their collections and their relationship with the people formerly known as their patrons.
