'The Pew Internet and American Life Project published a report last week on the effects of the Sept. 11 attacks. In the survey, 2,500 adults were asked about a variety of issues, including how they used the Internet to deal with the events. Not surprisingly, many said they depended on Web sites for information about the attacks, and also as a way to get in touch with family and friends in the days afterwards. What was interesting were the responses when the pollsters asked what information the government should not post online.
