Users' trust, satisfaction with Net up, study finds

'The Pew Internet & American Life Project, a Washington, D.C.-based think tank, found that a large portion of Internet users say they would turn to the Internet first when they need information about health care and government services. The study, titled "Counting on the Internet," found that roughly 46 percent of Internet users plan to use the Internet next time they had a medical inquiry, a figure nearly equal to the 47 percent of Internet users that said they would contact a medical professional first.
