'The Internet, once a home for academic exchange, is becoming one of the world's largest job boards, with more people surfing the Web for jobs than ever, a new study shows. On an average day, 4 million people check the Internet for job information, the Pew Internet & American Life Project reported last week. So far, 52 million people have turned to the World Wide Web for employment help, a 60 percent jump from two years ago, according to the Pew data.
