A new study out today indicates the "evil plot to destroy the world'' might just be working.

A new Pew Internet & American Life Project report says there is now a more pronounced shift by Internet users toward watching TV and movies online. And the report says video watching is more popular than Facebook or Twitter.

The non-profit think tank found 62 percent of adult Internet users surveyed in April have watched a video on sites like YouTube, up from 33 percent in 2006.
