A study released Friday suggests that politicians would be wise to find campaign workers with Web design experience. The study found that more voters are trying to connect with campaigns through e- mail and the Internet: 46 million American Web users surfed to find campaign information in 2002, a 39 percent increase from the summer of 2000.
