Kathryn is a research specialist at the Pew Internet Project, focusing on technology and the role of libraries in the digital age. Recently, she has written about how different generations use technology, as well as Americans' use of location-based services.

Kathryn has been with the Project since the summer of 2009. She holds a B.A. in History and Slavic Languages & Literatures from the University of Kansas.
