We joined with the
Graduate School of Library and Information Science at the University of Illinois-Ubrana-Champaign to look at the way people search for information to help them solve some basic problems. This
presentation covers the highlights from the
report issued late last year about library use and the experiences people had at libraries when they went there for problem-solving help.
