A recent Washington Post article highlighted some of our data on internet users in the 50+ age group.

2000

  • 48% of Americans between 50-64 years old had access
  • 15% of Americans age 65+ had access

2001

  • 50% of Americans between 50-64 years old had access
  • 19% of Americans age 65+ had access
  • 2002

    • 55% of Americans between 50-64 years old had access
    • 18% of Americans age 65+ had access

    2003

    • 59% of Americans between 50-64 years old had access
    • 22% of Americans age 65+ had access

    2004

    • 60% of Americans between 50-64 years old had access
    • 25% of Americans age 65+ had access
